Superintendent (DC Metro Area)

Now hiring Superintendent for a commercial painting/wallcovering company.

Position Details:
-CCI is looking for an experienced superintendent with good leadership and organization skills, as well as, a great work ethic and understanding that as a customer service oriented business, we work accordingly as needed by our clients. 
-New Hire will travel to job sites with current superintendents to view/learn daily operations.
-After training period (TBD), superintendent will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and employees, to include, but not limited to: safety, productivity, and efficiency.

Minimum Employment Requirements:
-Must be willing to commute throughout DC Metro area
-Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends
-Must be proficient with computers, smart phones, Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe, etc.
-Typical work hours are from 5am to 4pm daily, with admin work occurring after hours. 
-Great pay and benefit package once training is complete. 
-Management experience preferred.
